It's Time To Trim the Tree for Challenge #69.

Hi everyone, I hope that your New Year is going well and that you've managed to squeeze in some time in your craft rooms.

For the final challenge of 2022 we played the by now traditional If It's Christmassy, Link It Up! and an amazing 170 of you joined the fun. Thank you so much to everyone who linked to this challenge. I'm hoping to comment on all the posts, but if I don't make it please forgive me.

Yet again, the cards for this challenge were so inspirational.

The Top Picks for this challenge are:

#2 - Stephanie

The colours and CAS design that Stephanie has chosen make this a very special card.

#73 - Valerie

The positioning of the partial circle feature takes this card to the next level.

#98 - Fabiola

Just look at that colour combo and such a harmonious design.

This one tickled my funny bone and no mistake!

Our Winner and Tree Topper for this week is:

It's time for our reminder post here at Christmas Kickstart! Anyone still making Christmas cards, or are they all safely in the mail or on display on a loved one's mantlepiece?

Our theme for this month is a nice easy one as we play...

For my final; card of 2022 I dug out a favourite, fun stamp set and got colouring.

I made the sentiment on my PC; surely only a cold heart could turn away these three little chaps!

Let's Trim the Tree for Challenge #68

It's Tree Trimming Time again here at Christmas Kickstart! We had 86 fabulous makes for this challenge and the gallery looks amazing. A big thank you to everyone who played along.

Our theme was Trees, Trees, Trees and our elfin inspiration came from the wonderful Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers - thanks so much, guys, you are an amazing and very talented crew.

BTW, if you ever feel the need for SNARK, and let's face it there are times when we all do, why not head on over to Snark Central and take a peek at what we get up to!

Picking just a few cards to showcase has been though as so many in the gallery are just stunning. I'm glad I had sisterly support with this one... This is what we came up with:

Top Picks

We all loved Vinita's choice of colour palette and all the texture she achieved.

It's the little baubles against the lovely trees that make this such a magical card.

A stunning design, and amazing potential for using leftover papers - gorgeous.

Topping the Tree for this challenge our Star is:

We love the beautiful background and the design of Silke's card.

Congratulations to our Top Picks and Star on the Tree, please grab and display your blog badges.

Rudolph had chosen a sweet little penguin stamp for his November Random Raffle Prize.

And the lucky winner of this little cutie is...

#32 Anita
Congratulations, Anita, please could you email me at dottypudding (at) aol.com so that I can connect you with your prize.

Thanks again to The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers for creating such gorgeous inspiration for this challenge, and thanks to everyone who played along. The final challenge of 2022 is up and running and it's an Anything Goes Challenge, so what are you waiting for? Why not come and join the fun!
